Ston - Korčula

Ston is a municipality of Dubrovnik, located in the south of the Peljesac peninsula. In history this place has played a major role as the main port of the Republic of Dubrovnik . Mali Ston, the "capital" of Croatian oysters, located north of Dubrovnik, has the European longest walls surrounded by "white gold" (salt). The best Croatian red wines come from this region.

The island of Korčula presents a unique contact with the beautiful nature, and a thousand year old cultural tradition and history. You can visit the birth house of Marco Polo, the church of St. Marco and many other monuments.
